Returns & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our PDF sewing patterns, all sales are final; however, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for physical hardware and paper patterns within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a physical product in its original, unopened packaging, as digital downloads and used paper patterns cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items with the original packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping envelope.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Mail your package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or store credit.
